Roban Stores Sells plastic gift cards ("Plastic Gift Cards") to customers, referred to herein as ("Roban Gift Cards"), and are issued by Roban Stores Ltd, Hill Crest Estate, Agbani Road, Enugu, Nigeria (registered office) (registered number 366734) ("Roban Stores"). If you have any Complaints about our service or any Gift Cards you purchase from us please contact our Gift Card Customer Support on 08175449590, opening hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Gift Cards purchased in a Roban stores must be activated before use, this will be done by the Cashier at the till/checkout.
The Roban Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards can be only be purchased at Roban Stores.
No change can be given on the cards or balance on the cards exchanged for cash.
All Roban Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used in-store.
The Roban Gift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment at Roban Stores Ltd.
Roban Stores Ltd may exclude specific products from purchase via Gift Card, please refer to our website for more Information.
Roban Stores Ltd is not responsible for any unauthorised use of card, and reserve the right to amend terms & conditions of this service at any time .
The Roban Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from last transaction. If inactive for 12 months any remaining balance on a Gift Card will expiry and will be lost.
The Roban Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid Debit card or Cash.
The initial and subsequent balances can be checked at the customer service desk.
Roban Stores Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw Roban Gift Cards, the right to amend these terms and conditions for Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its reasonable opinion it deems such action necessary.
The Roban Gift card cannot be used to purchase other Roban Gift card.
The Roban Gift card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
Roban Stores reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions that apply or discontinue scheme at any time.
Please keep your Roban Gift card secure, as if it were cash. Roban Stores is not responsible if the Roban Gift card are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Roban Stores reserves the right to cancel a Roban Gift Card if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled Gift Card will not be accepted.
If the entire balance of a Roban Gift Card is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available on the Roban Gift Card for future use.
If you wish to add a personal message to your Roban Gift Cards, simply inform the customer service assistant after the purchase. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the presentation carrier of Plastic Gift Cards and there is no additional charge to include a personalised message.
We reserve the right to cancel inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages. If your card is lost or stolen, please call 08175449590. Lines are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
