Sir Robert O. Anwatu
Sir Robert is the Founder and Chief Executive officer of Roban Group, which consists of Roban Hotels and Roban Stores. He founded the company in 1999. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s long term strategies.
He went into business after his NYSC in Benin, he opened his First gift store, Robnat Gift in 1985. In 1987 the store was incorporated and Robnat gift was changed to Ultimate Gift Ltd. In 1989 another store opened in Warri and began operations. In 1990 the store moved operations to Enugu.
In 1999 Ultimate gift was changed to Roban stores. Roban stores is a grocery shop that sells a variety of products.
Prior to starting-up the company he worked at Union Bank (then Barclays bank, 1976 – 1977). He also worked in a certified public accounting firm in little rock, Arkansas (Charles Cole & Co, 1982 – 1983.).
Sir Robert is a knight of Good Shepherd, He is a former member state advisory committee, local economic empowerment programme (LEEMP), Enugu state (poverty reduction and empowerment programme of Enugu state. He is a past president of Enugu chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of New Haven. He holds a BSc. And MSc. In accountancy from the university of Arkansas.

Lady Nwanne is the Executive director of Roban Group. Prior to Joining Roban Stores she attained a Bachelor of law from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in 1981.
In 1982 she did her NYSC at the Nigerian Army military Boni camp. After the NYSc she worked as a legal practitioner for Pekun Martins & co. (1983 – 1985).
She also worked for Chief B.c Nwosu & Co. (1985 – 1986) as a legal practitioner. She was called to the bench, and served as a magistrate at Abakaliki Court 3 (1986 – 1988). She joined the business in 1989, at the time the store was known as Ultimate Gifts.
She has done a remarkable job developing the organizational culture and setting strategic direction for the company.

Mr. Onyebuchi joined the Roban stores in 2013 as the Executive Director. He is responsible for the leadership and management of the company through the development of operational plans which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining the company he worked at Nigerian television authority (NTA) as a program editor. He also worked for PJ Care UK as a marketing assistant.
He holds a BSc. in Communications and Multimedia from American university of Nigeria and MSc. in Management from Cranfield University.

Ms. Georgina joined Roban stores in 2014 as a supervisor before she was appointed Warehouse/distribution manager. She is responsible for receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating procedures and coordinating the flow of goods and personnel. She plays a fundamental role in the company. She holds a higher national diploma in Marketing.

Mrs. Martha joined Roban stores in 2003 as an administrative secretary before she became a floor supervisor. She supervised and trained staff while ensuring operations met company standards. She has played a fundamental role in the company. She returned in 2016 and was appointed Store Manager. She is in charge of the general operations in the stores, which includes planning and monitoring product inventory, maximizing retail budgets, and effective coordination of staff. Prior to her return to Roban stores she was a senior data processing officer at the Ministry of health at state board. She is married and has two children. She currently holds a Bsc. In health Education.

Mr Tochukwu joined Roban stores in 2014 as floor supervisor before he appointed store manager. He supervised and trained staff while ensuring operations met company standards. He has played a fundamental role in the company. He is in charge of the general operations in the stores, which includes planning and monitoring product inventory, maximizing retail budgets, and effective coordination of staff. Prior to joining Roban stores he worked in quick service restaurants, where held supervisory post ions . He acquired an entrepreneurship and Managerial skills from CEDR.
