  1. Please read these terms and conditions, they apply to the Roban Plus card. Any participation by you in the scheme means you accept these terms and conditions.
  2. We may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time to keep them accurate and up to date. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice in advance of any changes. Changes made on the terms and conditions can be found on our website. If you continue to use your card after we have made changes to this scheme, it means you accept these terms and conditions.
  3. The Plus card is made available by us, Roban stores Ltd, a limited company registered in Nigeria with registration number 366734.
  4. Once registration is complete, it takes 2 - 4 working days to activate your account and issue a Plus card.
  5. This is not a debit/credit card and therefore can only be used for consumer use and not for any business transaction or purpose.
  6. Only one Plus card can be used per transaction.
  7. To use the card, you must be aged 18 years or over. You are only entitled to one registered card account.
  8. No change can be given in respect of the Plus card and the balance on the Plus card cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. This card remains the property of Roban Stores Ltd. which reserves the right to decline issues or withdraw the card at any time.
  10.  You can choose to leave the scheme at any time. We will keep a record of your original account and accumulated points for a year, just in case you wish to re-join but after that, you will lose all those points you’ve earned.
  11. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your card or your card account if it is not used for a year.
  12. We reserve the right to end or suspend your account, at any time where there is reasonable belief of: any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions or those relating to optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour that involves theft, or offensive behaviour, or supplying false information.
  13. The security of this card will remain the responsibility of the holder. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from you failing to ensure the safekeeping of those items.
  14. No responsibility can be taken by Roban stores ltd for lost or damaged cards. Cards which are damaged or lost will not be re-issued.  A fee will be charged while issuing a new card.


LOYALTY SCHEME

PLUS POINTS

  1. 1 Point = 1 Naira (1% back for every Purchase made).
  2. To earn Plus points, you must spend above a certain amount on qualifying products in a single transaction, depending on the products you buy the amount of Plus Points earned may vary from time to time.
  3. Simply present your Plus card at the till or point of payment to the cashier to deduct points from your account (subject to system availability). Any remaining balance will need to be paid in full by cash, debit card on the day.
  4. Transactions may only take place at the till or checkout in our stores when the card is presented. The amount deposited or redeemed from a card will be shown on the till receipt which you should keep.
  5. Plus points are calculated on your transaction total that is after any discounts.
  6. Points can be only be used by the Plus card holder.
  7. It may take up to 24 hours for the Plus Points you have earned to be added to your card.
  8. Till receipts from the stores will show plus points earned on the current transaction and previous transaction, the total points earned so far will be displayed on the receipt.
  9. We reserve the right to amend your balance if you exchange or return any product.
  10. If you exchange a product you purchased, Plus Points will be calculated on the basis of that exchange, if you accept it.
  11. We may correct any incorrect balances without notice to you, for example if Plus Points have been incorrectly added to your card account.
